As a precision equipment in the fields of environmental monitoring, food testing, etc., the constant temperature and humidity weighing machine has a direct impact on the accuracy of detection data due to its constant temperature and humidity environment and the stability of the weighing system. Daily maintenance and upkeep are required to extend the service life of the equipment and ensure reliable operation. The specific guidelines are as follows:
1、 Pre startup inspection: eliminate basic hazards
Before starting up, observe the appearance of the device, check for any scratches on the casing, and ensure that the wiring connections are secure; Check the display screen for any error codes. If there are temperature, humidity, or sensor malfunction prompts, they need to be investigated first. At the same time, check the sealing strip of the chamber door, and replace it in a timely manner if it has aged or cracked; Open the chamber door and confirm that the weighing platform is free of debris and the sensor is not damaged.
2、 Daily cleaning: Keep the equipment clean
1. External cleaning
Use a soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent to wipe the machine body daily, with a focus on cleaning the operation panel and display screen. After cleaning, wipe dry to prevent rust and corrosion; Clean the dust in the heat dissipation holes with compressed air every month to avoid poor heat dissipation.
2. Internal cleaning
After the testing is completed, use a soft bristled brush to clean the sample debris inside the cavity, and then wipe it with a dry cloth; The adhesive sample can be gently wiped with a cloth dipped in anhydrous ethanol, avoiding scratching with hard objects. After cleaning, turn on the "empty run" mode for 30 minutes to ensure that the chamber is dry.
3、 Core component maintenance: ensuring stable performance
1. Maintenance of constant temperature and humidity system
Check the water level in the humidifier tank every week, and if it is low, add purified water (avoid using tap water); Disassemble and clean the humidifier filter every month. If it is clogged and turns yellow, it needs to be replaced. Regularly check the dehumidification module, clean up dust and frost accumulation; Verify the temperature and humidity sensors every quarter, and contact the manufacturer for debugging if the deviation exceeds the range.
2. Maintenance of weighing system
Avoid placing items with excessive range on the weighing platform, and handle the sample gently to prevent impact. Clean and calibrate weights monthly; Calibrate the weighing system with standard weights every six months, and contact after-sales service for any abnormal data. Check the connecting screws of the weighing platform and tighten them promptly if they are loose.
4、 Environment and Storage: Adapting to Device Operating Requirements
Place the equipment in a flat and dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and humid areas. When not in use for a long time, cut off the power, clean and place desiccants in the chamber, and cover with a dust cover; Run idle for 30 minutes every month to prevent component aging and jamming.
5、 Fault handling: promptly respond to abnormal situations
If the equipment has problems such as temperature and humidity not meeting the standard and weighing data drifting, stop the machine first to check the components and eliminate problems such as inadequate cleaning and looseness; The core components cannot be disassembled until the fault is resolved. Record the fault symptoms and equipment information, and contact the manufacturer's after-sales service for maintenance.
