YK swing pellet machine is a commonly used granulation equipment in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. Standardized operation is related to product quality, production safety, and equipment life. The following outlines the core precautions for the entire operation process.
1、 Before starting up: Be prepared and eliminate potential hazards
(1) Equipment and environmental inspection
Confirm that the equipment is placed flat and without shaking, the body components are firmly connected, the power cord is intact, and the grounding is reliable. Clean the operation area, with no accumulation of debris, and reserve sufficient operating space.
(2) Raw material and component verification
The raw materials need to be removed of impurities and clumps, adjusted to a suitable humidity, and wetting agents can be added to viscous raw materials. Choose a non damaged screen mesh, install it tightly against the end cover of the drum, fix it tightly, and avoid powder leakage or uneven particles.
(3) Lubrication status confirmation
Check the oil level of the worm gear box and bearing seat to ensure that they cover the worm gear. The lubricating oil in the inner cavity of the rolling shaft is sufficient. Add lubricating grease to the oil injection hole of the pressure roller as required. After long-term disuse, it is important to confirm the use.
2、 Running: Standardized operation, real-time monitoring
(1) No load testing and parameter adaptation
Run without load for 1-2 minutes, observe whether the drum and scraper shaft are running normally, and whether the motor and reducer are normal. Adjust the transportation speed according to the characteristics of the raw materials. Dry materials can be slightly faster, while viscous materials need to be slowed down to prevent equipment overload.
(2) Feeding and status monitoring
The feeding process is gradual, with 1/3 of the initial hopper capacity and no more than 2/3 after stabilization. Pay attention to the particle status. If it is loose, adjust the distance between the drum and the sieve. If it is blocked, stop the machine immediately. It is strictly prohibited to clean it with hands or metal tools.
(3) Strictly abide by safety regulations
Operators should wear protective goggles and gloves, and should not touch moving parts with their hands or tools. No debris should be placed on the surface of the equipment, and water flushing electrical components are prohibited. In case of abnormal vibration, abnormal noise, etc., immediately stop the machine and cut off the power for troubleshooting.
3、 After shutdown: clean and store, keep records
(1) Residual material cleaning and component maintenance
Stop feeding and run empty for 1 minute to drain any remaining material, then turn off the power. Remove the sieve mesh to clean the residue, and store it after washing and drying it when in contact with corrosive raw materials.
(2) Equipment cleaning and environmental organization
Clean the dust and residue on the surface of the equipment, and clean the direct discharge filter screen daily. Organize the operation area, seal and label the remaining raw materials, and clean up scattered materials and garbage.
(3) Fill in the usage record
Fill in the equipment usage record, including startup and shutdown time, raw materials, output, problems and handling methods, as well as record screen replacement and parameter adjustment for easy traceability and maintenance reference.
4、 Regular maintenance: Long term maintenance to extend lifespan
(1) Daily and periodic maintenance
Check the sieve every shift and replace it immediately if it is damaged; Tighten fasteners weekly; Check component wear and grounding wires monthly; Change the gearbox oil every 3 months; Inject grease to the motor bearings every year and check the aging condition of the belts and sprockets.
(2) Principles of fault handling
Power off the equipment for troubleshooting, and handle simple problems according to specifications. If there is a core component failure or the cause is unknown, contact professionals and do not disassemble the electronic control system or key components on your own.
