► Cleaning the coating pot: If the coating pot is not used for a long time, it should be wiped clean and coated with oil on its surface to prevent the oxidation or moisture of the copper material in the pot from producing toxic copper compounds.
► Check the sealing ring: The oil proof sealing ring at the end of the worm shaft should be regularly inspected and replaced (generally not exceeding six months).
► Machine grounding: The machine must be reliably grounded.
► Cleaning the spray gun: After each shift, the spray gun should be pressurized and rinsed with clean water to prevent blockage. If blockage occurs, please follow the spray gun manual to disassemble the nozzle and use a fine needle to remove any residue from the muzzle.
► Precautions for operation: Every time liquid is added or powder is removed, it should be evenly distributed; After adding the liquid and distributing it evenly, it should be thoroughly dried before adding the solution again. The viscosity of the solution should not be too high, otherwise it is difficult to distribute evenly.
► Cleaning machine: If the machine is no longer coated after discharge, the machinery and pipelines should be cleaned.
► Protect the spray gun and air nozzle: During machine operation, it is strictly prohibited to block the air nozzle and spray gun with hands or other objects to avoid damaging the blower and spray gun.
Drying method: The coated finished product must be dried at low temperature (preferably air dried) and constantly flipped over; Avoid direct sunlight exposure and high temperature drying, otherwise it may cause the pills to bleed and discolor.
