Regarding CCS:
Aseptic product contamination control is a core requirement of GMP and a top priority for drug safety. Among the 10 inspection defects announced by the FDA in 2021, there were 3 defects related to pollution control; In the 2021 Annual Report on Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring, injection administration accounted for 55.3%, which reflects that pharmaceutical companies still need to improve their ability to interpret and implement pollution control measures.
Based on the implementation of CCS in EU GMP Appendix 1, Yunzi Pharmaceutical Training Center, in collaboration with Guangdong Food and Drug Evaluation and Certification Technology Association, invites speakers with successful practical experience to analyze pollution risks, focusing on regulatory practices, environmental monitoring, sterile process development and design verification, cleaning and disinfection technology, CCS barrier technology, microbial identification and traceability of pharmaceutical enterprise pollution control, based on the CCS concept in Appendix 1 of the EU. Through multi-faceted construction of a drug pollution control system, it empowers effective improvement of drug safety.
