The working principle of the wet granulation machine: The powder is mixed evenly into the container of the wet granulation machine, and liquid adhesive or melting liquid is quickly sprayed from the top. At the same time, the material is vigorously stirred and chopped by the cutting knife. The particles produced by the wet granulation mechanism are harder, firmer, and rounder than those produced by the top jet fluidized bed. Usually, the particles are discharged into a granulator to crush oversized agglomerates, and then sent to a fluidized bed for drying.

1. After a single use or shutdown of the machine, the rotating drum should be removed for cleaning and brushing the remaining powder in the hopper, and then installed properly to prepare for the next use.

2. If the machine is not in use for a long time, it must be wiped clean all over the body, and the smooth surface of the parts should be coated with anti rust oil and covered with a cloth.

3. Regularly inspect the machine parts, once a month, to check whether the moving parts such as worm gears, worm gears, bearings are flexible and worn. If any defects are found, they should be repaired in a timely manner and cannot be used for free.

4. The machine should be placed indoors in a dry and clean environment, and its atmosphere should not contain acids or other corrosive gases that can flow through the components.
