The working principle of the rapid granulator is that the powder is evenly mixed into the container of the high-efficiency wet granulator, and liquid adhesive or melting liquid is quickly sprayed from the top. At the same time, the material is vigorously stirred and chopped by the cutting knife. The particles produced by the high-efficiency wet granulation mechanism are harder, stronger, and rounder than those produced by the top jet fluidized bed. Usually, the particles are discharged into a granulator to crush oversized agglomerates, and then sent to a fluidized bed for drying. This device is suitable for drying in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.
