Swing granulator is a device that can turn mixed powdered materials into granules, as well as crush block shaped dry materials into the desired granules. Suitable for small-scale production in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, scientific research institutions, laboratories, hospitals, and small health product factories.
The maintenance methods of the swing granulator mainly include the following aspects:
Regular inspection: A comprehensive inspection of the swing granulator should be conducted once a month, with a focus on checking whether the moving parts such as worm gears, worm gears, and bearings are rotating flexibly and worn. Defects should be promptly repaired to avoid forced use.
Cleaning: After use or when stopped, the rotating drum should be removed for cleaning and brushing the remaining powder in the bucket to keep the equipment clean. When the machine is not in use for a long time, the whole body should be wiped clean, the smooth surface of the parts should be coated with anti rust oil, and covered with a cloth to prevent dust and corrosion.
Lubrication: The casing of the machine is equipped with an oil gauge. Before driving, it should be filled with oil once, and lubricating oil can be added midway according to the temperature rise and operation of each bearing. The worm gear box must store engine oil for a long time, and the oil level should ensure that the worm gear is completely immersed in the oil. If used frequently, the oil should be replaced every three months.
Adjustment and maintenance: During the production process, the tightness of the screen should be adjusted according to the granulation situation to ensure timely and unobstructed discharge from the outlet. After production is completed, stop feeding and wait for the materials on the screen to be basically processed before turning off the power and cleaning the materials on the equipment. Check the adjustment of bearings and gear shafts before each month to ensure proper clearance and avoid equipment damage.
• Storage environment: The equipment should be stored indoors in a dry and clean environment, avoiding use in places where acidic or other corrosive gases are circulating in the atmosphere.
