1、 Preparation before startup
1. Check for any damage to the circuit (after powering on; before starting up, the operator checks the power indicator light of the equipment; pay attention to leakage, if there is leakage, the circuit breaker will automatically trip). If there is a problem, repair it in a timely manner; Check if the heating pipeline is normal and if the heating steam is in place. Connect all pipelines of the homogenization pot (including steam pipelines, overflow ports, drain ports, and discharge ports, etc.) and the inlet pipe (water inlet directly connected to tap water).
2. Check if the motor and other components make any abnormal noise; If there is abnormal noise, it is forbidden to continue operating the equipment. The equipment must be reported for maintenance and checked to eliminate the abnormality before proceeding to the next step of operation. Before vacuuming, it is necessary to check whether the pot is flush with the pot lid, whether the pot mouth, material mouth lid, etc. are tightly covered and sealed
3. Check the lubrication condition of each lubricating component; (Lubrication between the running bearings of the motor reducer.)
4. Check for debris in the filling and working area, and keep them clean.
2、 Operation precautions
1. Never put your hands into the pot while the device is running.
2. Do not touch the rotating spindle in operation by hand or any other means;
3. If there is any abnormal response during equipment operation, stop running immediately and wait for the cause to be identified before starting up.
4. Vacuum pumps are strictly prohibited from operating without oil, and it is strictly forbidden to block the exhaust port during pump operation.
5. Due to its high rotational speed, the homogeneous cutting head should not idle in the liquid for more than half a minute during initial operation to avoid affecting the sealing degree after local heating.
6. Do not raise the pot lid too high, observe while touching the upper limit and lid tightly to ensure safety.
7. Before leaving work, the main power should be turned off and the equipment and work area should be cleaned.
3、 Operation process;
(1) Turn on the power → (2) Add ingredients to the oil pot → (3) Close the lid of the oil-water pot → (4) Heat and stir the oil-water pot → (5) Close the lid of the homogenization pot and cover it with other valves, open the vacuum valve for vacuuming (material suction) → (6) Heat the homogenization pot (temperature adjustable) → (7) Stop heating the material in the homogenization mixing and emulsification tank (time is up) → (8) Close the vacuum pump → (9) Open the vent valve on the lid of the homogenization pot to release air → (10) Lift the lid and pour out the material → (11) After clarity, lift the lid and pour out the sewage before closing the lid → (12) Cycle the previous work.
4、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Daily maintenance
(1) Check the oil level of the lubrication parts, and if there is insufficient oil, add it in a timely manner;
(2) Check whether the motor and other parts produce noise, vibration, or abnormal heating, and report any problems to superiors in a timely manner.
(3) Keep the equipment clean.
4.2 Secondary maintenance (conducted once every quarter)
(1) Check if other parts of the motor produce noise, vibration, or abnormal heating;
(2) Check the functionality and working condition of electrical components, and re tighten the installation screws and wiring screws;
(3) Lubricate mechanical components such as bearings with lubricating oil;
(4) Fill in the Equipment Maintenance Record in a timely manner based on the maintenance results.
