The high-efficiency wastewater evaporator mainly achieves wastewater concentration and purification through thermal energy conversion. Its core structural principle and typical applications are as follows:
1、 Structural principle
1. Multi effect evaporation system
Adopting a series evaporator design, the secondary steam generated by the front effect serves as the heat source for the back effect, achieving a cascade utilization of thermal energy. The raw material pump transports the wastewater to various evaporators, where it undergoes gas-liquid separation through a separator. The circulating pump maintains the flow of the liquid material.
2. Mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) technology
By using a compressor to pressurize and heat up the secondary steam, it can be reused, significantly reducing energy consumption. The feed liquid enters the heat exchanger for heating through a forced circulation pump, forms a concentrated liquid after flash evaporation separation, and is discharged from the system after steam condensation.
3. Falling film/rising film evaporator
Falling film type: Wastewater forms a film like flow along the inner wall of the heating tube and is separated at the bottom after exchanging heat with steam outside the tube.
Rising film type: The steam generated by heating at the bottom drives the liquid to form a film and rise, while the top achieves gas-liquid separation.
2、 Widely applicable fields
1. Industrial wastewater treatment
High salt wastewater (concentration up to 50000mg/L) suitable for industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, can be discharged through multi effect concentration or MVR technology.
2. Resource recycling
Extract useful substances from wastewater after evaporation and concentration, such as metal ions in electroplating wastewater and active ingredients in pharmaceutical wastewater.
3. Urban sewage and special scenarios
Treat municipal wastewater and equip it with crystallization technology, or use it in remote areas lacking external heat sources (MVR system has low energy consumption).
