1、 Operation essentials
1. Proper and normal materials should be fed during concentration.
2. The working steam pressure should be normal and stable.
3. Check whether the terminals of each pump and motor are sturdy, and whether the circulating water replenishment pipeline is in place.
2、 Preparation before operation
1. For concentrated substances with acidity exceeding the national standard, it is prohibited to use this equipment for production.
2. Check the steam supply pressure and open the bottom drain valve of the equipment to remove all debris, wastewater, and yellow from the equipment.
3. Adjust the cooling circulation water temperature to 30-33 ℃.
4. Check whether the detachable connections (flanges, bolts, movable joints, etc.) are sealed and tightened.
5. Check if the switches of each valve are in the correct position.
3、 Operation and control of equipment
1. First, turn on the vacuum system and open the vacuum valve, which is in the closed state, to stabilize the vacuum in the evaporation chamber at 0.06-0.08MPa. Then, open the feed valve to allow the liquid in the evaporation chamber to flow 150-200mm below the nozzle of the gas-liquid pipe. Finally, close the feed valve. Open the steam valve and simultaneously open the steam condensate outlet and drain valve. Start heating and evaporating while opening the cooling water valve.
2. After the equipment is running normally, continuously feed the evaporated liquid, maintain the original liquid level, and when it reaches the concentration density (after the required concentration is detected by formula sampling), start the discharge pump.
3. Note: If foam is generated in the evaporation chamber, open the vacuum valve to remove the foam, and close the original position if there is no foam.
4、 Cleaning program
Clean with water (preferably condensed water) for 10-15 minutes, then with a 2-concentration nitric acid solution (HX03) for about 20 minutes. If necessary, open the top and bottom of the evaporator for mechanical cleaning, with a CIP cleaner installed at the top.
5、 Parking sequence
1. Close the steam valve
2. Open the vacuum valve to break the vacuum
3. Stop each pump light, vacuum pump, discharge pump, and close the cooling water valve in sequence
4. Check the cleaning effect.
6、 Repair and maintenance
1. The use of this device should strictly follow the operating and usage procedures.
2. In general, when changing varieties, a production team or batch of raw materials must undergo a cleaning after processing.
2. To remove the sediment generated during the operation process.
3. The duration of use of this equipment varies every year, so once it is shut down, it must be cleaned and repaired immediately to reduce corrosion and ensure hygiene quality requirements.
