During the operation of the low-temperature evaporator, when the original water tank reaches the middle liquid level, water automatically enters the tank. The water pump runs to generate vacuum, and the compressor runs to generate heat to heat the wastewater in the evaporator tank. In the vacuum state, the wastewater temperature rises to 30 ℃, and the wastewater begins to evaporate. Then, through the evaporation and concentration process, the concentrated liquid begins to be discharged. Finally, the evaporator tank pressurizes and presses the concentrated liquid into the tank. The above process is fully automatic and does not require manual intervention.
1. The low-temperature evaporator evaporates at around 30 degrees Celsius under normal pressure, and the water quality is generally good, making it less prone to scale formation;
2. The low-temperature evaporator has high efficiency in evaporating waste liquid, does not require manual supervision, and can be remotely monitored independently;
3. The low-temperature evaporator automatically discharges materials, has a small installed capacity, consumes less electricity, and has a relatively small electrical load on the enterprise;
4. Easy to operate, stable and reliable.
The low-temperature evaporator equipment ensures that all unevaporated liquids or pollutants are controlled to fall within the permitted range and will not cause any pollution to the outside world.
