Main Features
Materials and DesignThe MRY-SST-HVD handle is made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide (PA) high-tech polymer, which complies with food safety standards (FDA CFR.21 and E U 10/2011). Due to the specificity and characteristics of colors that are lacking in natural environments, these components are easy to detect and recognize by the human eye. These characteristics help to improve the safety level in the food production process.
Waterproof structureAdjust the sealing ring system between the mechanism components to make this handle almost completely waterproof, effectively preventing the deposition of residues that may cause contamination risks. This feature makes the handle very suitable for environments that require periodic water jet cleaning.
Stainless steel componentsThe handle can be equipped with an AISI 316 stainless steel internal threaded hub or external threaded rod. Compared to handles with other metal fixing screws, this solution also provides electrical insulation for the operator during operation, removes exposed steel parts that may rust, and provides a more comfortable lever release in situations where space is limited.
Ergonomics and SafetyThe cavity free design and flat surface treatment (roughness Ra<0.8 μ m) ensure excellent applicability, making cleaning and maintenance easier.
