The effectiveness of dust removal bags is related to various factors, but primarily depends on the filter material. The filter material of the dust removal bag is a cloth or felt woven from synthetic fibers, natural fibers, or glass fibers. Sew the cloth or felt into cylindrical or flat filter bags as needed. Select filter media suitable for the application conditions based on the properties of the flue gas.


Usually, when the flue gas temperature is below 120 ℃ and the filter material is required to have acid resistance and durability, polyester velvet cloth and polyester needle punched felt are often selected; When dealing with high-temperature flue gas (<250 ℃), graphitized glass fiber cloth is the primary choice; In some special cases, carbon fiber filter media should be used.
Controlling the speed at which flue gas passes through the filter material during the operation of the dust removal bag (referred to as the filtration speed) is quite important.
