The process principle of explosion-proof high and low temperature circulation device is mainly based on the integrated control of refrigeration and heating systems, combined with explosion-proof design to ensure safe operation in flammable and explosive environments. The core process is as follows:
1、 Temperature control principle
1. Refrigeration cycle
Compression stage: The compressor compresses low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into high-temperature and high-pressure gas.
Condensation stage: High temperature gas dissipates heat and liquefies in the condenser, releasing heat.
Throttle stage: High pressure liquid is depressurized and cooled through an expansion valve, forming a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant.
Evaporation stage: Low temperature refrigerant absorbs heat from the circulating medium in the evaporator and vaporizes, achieving cooling.
2. Heating cycle
Heating the circulating medium (such as water or ethylene glycol solution) directly through an electric heater, or using compressor waste heat to assist in temperature rise.
2、 Heat exchange and circulation system
1. Medium circulation
The built-in circulation pump drives the heat transfer medium to flow in a closed pipeline, and the medium is cooled by the evaporator or heated by the heater.
Plate heat exchangers efficiently transfer cold/heat and accelerate temperature response.
2. Dynamic temperature control
The temperature sensor monitors the medium temperature in real time, and the control system dynamically adjusts the compressor power and heater output, with an accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃.
3、 Explosion proof design and safety mechanism
1. Explosion proof grade
The key components (pump, heating tube, electrical control cabinet) comply with the ExdIIBT4 explosion-proof standard and are suitable for most flammable and explosive environments.
2. Security protection
Explosion proof electrical control cabinet isolates electrical components, and high-power equipment adopts positive pressure explosion-proof design.
Multiple protections: overheating protection, pressure protection, abnormal voltage protection, etc.
4、 Application scenarios
1. Chemical/Hazardous Environment: Provide jacket circulation temperature control for reaction vessels to avoid medium replacement.
2. New energy testing: Simulate the performance of batteries and photovoltaic modules in extreme environments ranging from -80 ℃ to+300 ℃.
