Circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pump is a new type of multi-purpose vacuum pump designed using circulating water as the working fluid and the principle of negative pressure of jet products. This pump is divided into two types: stainless steel pump and plastic pump. It provides vacuum conditions for chemical laboratories and can provide circulating cooling water for handmade reaction devices. It is widely used as an ideal equipment for laboratories in colleges, hospitals, chemical engineering, food processing and other fields such as evaporation, distillation, cleaning, filtration, biochemistry and other operations.
The circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pump mainly has the following characteristics:
1. The water-saving effect is obvious: due to the use of water circulation operation, the water added to the water tank can be reused in a circular manner, which solves the problem of a large amount of water waste when obtaining vacuum by directly flushing tap water. Multi functional comprehensive use: In addition to providing vacuum conditions, this machine can also perform automatic water circulation to provide circulating cooling water for the reaction device. The machine is connected to a self supplied water source and can be supplemented with an appropriate amount of injected water. It can maintain the temperature of the circulating water without dropping during long-term continuous operation, and can also experiment with the supply of circulating water.
3. The design is novel and easy to use. The pump head of this machine is directly immersed in water without a water intake valve. The overall height of the machine is low, the volume is small, the weight is light, and it is easy to move. It can be placed on a workbench for easy operation and observation. The water tank cover is a movable installation that can be opened for easy water filling and maintenance.
4. This machine is equipped with two suction nozzles, which can be used for separate or simultaneous suction operations: each suction nozzle is equipped with a suction gauge, which can easily observe the vacuum degree. The suction path is equipped with a stop valve to prevent circulating water from flowing back into the equipment being vacuumed when the suction operation is stopped.
5. Corrosion resistant and pollution-free: The water pump components of this machine are made of stainless steel, and the water tank is made of ABS plastic, which is formed in one go and is not affected by corrosive substances such as acid and alkali.
