1、 Daily maintenance
1. Appearance cleaning: Regularly wipe the shell with a soft cloth, avoid using corrosive cleaning agents, and keep the control panel clear and free of stains.
2. Connection inspection: Check daily whether the water pipes, power lines, etc. are secure to prevent water leakage or electric leakage.
3. Operation monitoring: Observe the noise, vibration, and temperature of the pump body, and stop immediately in case of abnormalities.
2、 Regular maintenance
1. Coolant replacement:
Water based solutions are replaced every 6 months to 1 year, while organic solutions can be extended to 1-2 years.
Immediate replacement is required when there is pollution or a decrease in cooling efficiency.
2. Filter cleaning: Clean the filter screen monthly to prevent blockages from affecting the flow rate.
3. Lubrication and calibration: Check the lubrication condition of bearings annually, calibrate temperature sensors, etc.

1. Medium selection: Select distilled water (above 10 ℃), ethylene glycol solution (-30~10 ℃) or ethanol (-80~-30 ℃) according to temperature.
