1、 Key points of daily maintenance
1. Water quality management
Regular water replacement: Replace the water tank with clean water at least once a week, and shorten the cycle when the water quality is severely polluted or frequently used; When adding water, use clean water without impurities to avoid clogging the waterway.
Water level monitoring: The water level should be close to the lower edge of the overflow nozzle of the water tank. If the water level is too low, it will affect the vacuum pumping effect, and if it is too high, it may cause overflow.
2. Sealing inspection
Check the sealing of pipeline connections, exhaust nozzles, and packing boxes daily, and promptly tighten bolts or replace sealing rings if any leaks are found.
3. Equipment cleaning
Regularly clean the dust on the surface of the pump body, wipe the casing with a damp cloth (to avoid water ingress), and keep the equipment clean.
2、 Regular maintenance measures
1. Bearing maintenance
Monitoring bearing temperature: during normal operation, it should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35 ℃, and the maximum should not exceed 60 ℃; Add lubricating grease 3-4 times per quarter, thoroughly clean the bearings and replace the lubricating oil every year.
2. Seal adjustment
Packing sealing: Regularly tighten the packing to allow water to drip out; If the seal fails due to wear and tear, the packing needs to be replaced.
Mechanical seal: Check for wear of the dynamic/static rings or aging of the sealing rings, and replace them in a timely manner.
3. Key component inspection
Check the gap between the impeller and the distribution plate (standard 0.15~0.20mm), and adjust or replace the impeller if there is any abnormality;
Confirm that the pipeline is unobstructed, especially the cooling water outlet and exhaust port.
3、 Seasonal and long-term shutdown maintenance
1. Winter antifreeze
Immediately drain the accumulated water in the pump body and steam water separator after parking to prevent freezing and cracking.
2. Long term disuse maintenance
If the shutdown exceeds 24 hours, the liquid in the pump should be thoroughly drained to prevent rusting; Before restarting, manually rotate the impeller several times to confirm that there is no jamming.
4、 Fault prevention and safe operation
1. Start stop specifications
Before starting: Close the intake valve → Power on → Open the water supply valve → Adjust the water volume → Slowly open the intake valve.
Parking sequence: Close the intake valve → Stop water supply → Power off → Drain accumulated water.
2. Operation monitoring
Monitor abnormal noise (such as explosion sounds), which may be physical explosions or impeller friction, and adjust the intake volume or inspect components;
When the motor overheats, check the power supply voltage, whether there is a phase loss, and adjust the water supply to the rated range.
3. Electrical safety
The direction of the motor must be consistent with the direction indicated on the pump, and verification is required for the first start-up.
