1、 Preparation before operation
1. Ensure that the equipment is in normal working condition and conduct a check before use.

3. Check if the power supply of the control system is normal and start the system. During the startup process, attention should be paid to whether there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations in the equipment.
4. Send the drugs to be processed into the material box of the drug sorting machine through the feeding tube.
2、 Operation process
1. Start the device and activate the automatic processing mode.
2. Observe the operation and processing of the equipment, and pay attention to whether there are any abnormal situations in the equipment. If there is an abnormality in the equipment, it should be stopped immediately and necessary inspections and maintenance should be carried out.
3. Fill in the equipment operation log, record the start and end times of equipment operation, and record the downtime and reasons for any abnormal situations.
4. Clean the waste and dust inside the equipment during shutdown. At the same time, perform necessary maintenance on the equipment.
3、 Cleaning after operation
1. Turn off the power supply of the equipment and control system, disassemble various components inside the machine, and clean and disinfect them.
2. Check the operation of equipment components to ensure that the relationships between machine parts are normal. If there are any abnormalities, replace or repair the equipment in a timely manner.
3. According to the maintenance instructions provided by the factory, inspect and maintain the equipment to ensure its normal working condition.
4、 Maintenance Regulations
1. Regularly clean the interior of the equipment. The operation status of the drug sorting machine is closely related to environmental hygiene. Regularly cleaning and disinfecting equipment can reduce the growth of impurities and bacteria inside the machine, thereby ensuring the output quality and stability of the equipment.
