1、 Hot melt adhesive ingredient production line

1. Melt glue tank

Heating:It is mainly divided into two parts: heating and melting during mixing, and insulation and adhesive transportation during conveying. Generally, it is heated by electric heating or mold temperature machine, with a heating temperature of 170 ° C~180 ° C.
transportation:Generally, pumps or positive pressure conveying are used, and the pipeline needs to be heated and insulated to ensure stable coating when transported to the coating machine
Mixing and stirring:Use frame type scraping wall stirring or screw belt stirring.
·Efficient mixing and reduced mixing time; The longer the mixing time, the lower the melt viscosity and shear force of the adhesive.
·Scrapers can timely remove the mixture stuck to the wall and bottom of the mixing container, improve heat exchange speed, and reduce carbonization phenomenon.
Vacuum system:Prevent raw materials from being oxidized by air during the mixing process, while removing bubbles from the mixture or product, and improving the temperature resistance of hot melt adhesive.
Lifting and lowering:Using hydraulic lifting for easy cleaning of the inner pot.
2. Hot melt adhesive coating machine
Hot melt adhesive coating machine is a device that uses a pressure device to melt solid hot melt adhesive and transfer it to a liquid state for coating the substrate.
2、 Gel paste ingredient production line
The production line is applicable to the coating machine with no flowing state of the substrate, all of which are jelly or mud, and need to be rolled and formed. The equipment has power to make its uniform mudflat on the spunlace cloth. For example: gel patch, cataplasm, cataplasm, wax patch, wet compress, antipyretic patch, drug carrier, tissue engineering, soft contact lenses, etc.

temperatureThe heating temperature for low-temperature type generally only needs 30~50 degrees, and water can be chosen as the heating medium; If the heating temperature requirement for high-temperature type exceeds 100 degrees, steam or thermal oil heating should be selected.
stir:If the material is relatively dilute and an aqueous solution is used, a dispersion disk can be used; If the material is viscous and glycerol is used, a combination of various stirring forms is required, such as scraping wall stirring+dispersing plate, dual planetary stirring scraping wall+dispersing plate, etc.
Material:Regarding the impact of pH, 316L is generally sufficient for use. For some materials with lower pH, PFA material can be sprayed. Regarding the impact of material sticking to the wall, some materials are particularly prone to sticking to the pot wall, affecting the mixing effect, or difficult to clean. PFA material can be sprayed on the surface, which has strong anti adhesion properties and almost all substances do not adhere to PTFE coating.
