The 'Industrial Coatings AI Digital Production Line' is a key project of the 'Fine Chemical and New Materials Digital Transformation Alliance' in 2025, committed to building an intelligent manufacturing system that deeply integrates IT (Information Technology), OT (Operational Technology), and AI (Artificial Intelligence).
This production line adopts a 'four layer intelligent architecture', covering the entire process of batching, handling, feeding, dispersion, grinding, paint mixing, inspection, packaging, etc., achieving a transition from traditional manufacturing to a fully intelligent closed-loop of 'smart manufacturing quality control environmental protection optimization'.
