The precautions for using stainless steel reaction vessels include the following key points:
1. Pre operation inspection
Ensure that there are no residues in the reaction vessel, check the sealing, stirring device, and safety valve for normal operation.
Confirm that pressure gauges, thermometers, and other instruments are within their valid calibration period.
2. Material and Process Control
Avoid materials exceeding 2/3 of the kettle volume to prevent overpressure or overflow.
Strictly control the reaction temperature and pressure, and strictly prohibit excessive operation.
3. Security protection
Wear protective equipment during operation and do not disassemble the kettle cover under pressure.
If any abnormalities (such as leaks or abnormal noises) are found, immediately stop the reactor and relieve pressure for treatment.
4. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regularly replace the seals and avoid scratching the inner wall with hard objects during cleaning.
Long term disuse requires emptying the materials and keeping them dry.
5. Special working conditions
Corrosive materials should be selected with corresponding materials (such as 316L stainless steel).
High temperature and high pressure reactions require prior no-load testing.
6. Environmental requirements
Maintain good ventilation and keep away from sources of fire and flammable materials.
Note: Specific operations should be carried out in accordance with the equipment manual and process requirements.
