High resolution spectrometer tests 13 elements in the positive and negative electrodes of lithium batteries
Use a spectrometer to test the main and impurity components in the positive electrode (mainly ternary materials), as well as the impurity components in the negative electrode (graphite powder), totaling 13 elements. The experiment adopts four observation methods and selects them reasonably based on the concentration of sample elements. From the experimental results, it can be seen that the standard curve design is reasonable and the sample detection effect is very good. The linear fitting coefficient of each element is R=0.9993-0.99999; Punctuation with over 80% RSD<1.5%; The consistency of parallel sample measurements is good, and the recovery rate is 90-112.7% through sample spiked and STD3/4 backtesting, indicating that the test results are accurate and reliable. High optical resolution can effectively reduce stray light and matrix interference, making testing more convenient and accurate; In summary, PQ9000 can meet the determination of impurities and main content elements in the positive and negative electrodes of lithium batteries.
