Process principle of antigen reagent filling machine
Date: 2025-08-19Read: 7
The process principle of antigen reagent filling machine is mainly based on automated liquid filling technology, which achieves quantitative filling, sealing and packaging of antigen reagents through precise control. The entire process includes container handling, metering and filling, heat sealing and discharging, ensuring efficient, precise and safe production. The following step-by-step analysis of the core process principles:
1. Container pretreatment: Before filling, empty tubes (such as binaural reagent tubes or sampling tubes) are automatically sorted, positioned, and transported to the filling station through a vibrating disc or robotic arm. The system uses sensors to detect the position of the container, ensuring that no subsequent operations are triggered when there are no bottles, thus avoiding waste.
For example, a robotic arm picks up multiple bottles and places them into a mold, while a turntable drives the mold to move to the filling point.
2. Quantitative filling: Liquid antigen reagents are quantitatively injected into containers through a delivery system, such as a peristaltic pump or plunger pump. The filling volume is precisely adjusted by the PLC control system, and common measurement methods include time control or flow meter to ensure consistent capacity of each reagent tube (such as 0.3mL). The filling valve automatically opens and closes, and is equipped with anti drip design to prevent cross contamination.
3. Heat sealing: After filling, the aluminum foil is automatically punched and covers the pipe opening, and sealed by a hot press sealing machine. The sealing temperature and time can be customized to adapt to different materials; The system integrates a shortage alarm function to ensure the integrity of sealing and the sealing of reagents. This step is often linked with filling, forming a "filling sealing integrated machine" design.
4. Discharge and quality control: The sealed reagent tubes are automatically unloaded by a robotic arm or cylinder and output to the collection area. Integrate visual inspection or counting functions during the process to monitor defects in real-time; The final product is identified through labeling or coding.
The overall process adopts PLC and touch screen control, supports variable frequency speed regulation (such as 30-4000 tubes/hour), and realizes fully automated assembly line production. The key technology relies on precision dividers, pneumatic components, and IoT monitoring to ensure compliance with GMP standards and improve production capacity and reliability.
