1. There are two types of filling actions: automatic and manual. When the height machine is manually operated, the operation is also very simple. Just push the bottle mouth to touch the tongue, and the filling machine will immediately start suction work. It is particularly important to note that during filling, do not press against the tongue. When the filling machine adopts automatic mode, bottles must be placed under the discharge port first. As soon as the switch is turned to automatic mode, filling will begin immediately, and it is important to remember to replace the bottles in a timely manner.

2. When the filling machine is found to have unstable measurement during filling, the feed check valve should be checked in a timely manner to carefully examine whether there are any impurities trapped, which may cause poor sealing and affect the filling capacity of the filling machine.

3. Once leakage is found in the lower part of the filling machine cylinder, it indicates that the piston sealing ring is worn and needs to be replaced.

4. The material cylinder and three-way part of the filling machine are connected without the need for any special tools, making loading, unloading, and cleaning very convenient.
