1、 Working principle of semi-automatic suppository sealing machine
1. Film feeding part: The PVC/PE film material is placed on the film tray and manually clamped into the track.
2. Filling section: Place the film into the track and start the film feeding gripper for continuous filling.
3. Material bucket device: Made of double-layer stainless steel, the inner layer is 316L corrosion-resistant. The bracket adopts aluminum anodized treatment, which is elegant and beautiful. Built in heating and insulation, as well as mixing device, to ensure uniform distribution of materials. The return pump allows the remaining material to be injected back into the material injection, circulating back and forth.
4. Freezing section: The materials are continuously filled and sent to the film rolling small tray for cooling and solidification treatment. Internally equipped with a cooling unit, it effectively and quickly solidifies materials. Built in small disc film winding motor and large rotary feeding motor.
2、 Introduction to the semi-automatic suppository filling and sealing machine
1. Sealing batch number section: After the film enters the track, turn on the automatic mode and 6 pieces at a time enter the sealing preheating mold ->heating mold ->batch number mold.
2. Edge trimming part: After finishing the batch number, it is sent to the roll film counting device through the gripper for edge trimming treatment
3. Grain cutting part: After trimming, enter the grain counting device and set the cutting grain number on the touch screen to cut a group of 6 or 5 grains (according to customer needs).
