A solemn statement on vigilance against false sales and illegal use of images

Dear customers and partners:
Recently, our company received feedback from customers that some former sales or after-sales personnel of Ruijia Industrial have openly claimed to represent our company in product promotion. It was later discovered that the products being promoted were third-party brand reselling trade equipment. Such behavior has damaged our company's reputation and posed a potential threat to the legitimate rights and interests of customers and partners.
It was also discovered that Guangzhou Mingrui Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mingrui Intelligent Manufacturing") has engaged in serious infringement and false advertising behavior. The company has illegally used our product images and related materials for commercial promotion of its own products without any authorization from our company.
Regarding this, our company solemnly declares:
1. From the date of resignation, employees who leave the company no longer have the qualifications to represent Ruijia Industry in any business activities. The company has never granted any form of authorization to departing employees, and all sales activities conducted in the name of Ruijia Industry are completely unrelated to our company. For such acts of infringement and fraud that falsely use our company's name, our company will hold them legally responsible in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, requiring them to bear responsibilities including but not limited to compensating our company for economic losses, publicly eliminating adverse effects, and apologizing. If their behavior constitutes a crime, our company will resolutely cooperate with the judicial authorities and pursue their criminal responsibility in accordance with the law.
2. Our company has no form of cooperation with Mingrui Intelligent Manufacturing and has never reached any cooperation agreement with them; Our company has never authorized Mingrui Zhizao to use our product images and related intellectual property, and their unauthorized use for commercial promotion constitutes infringement. Our company has fixed relevant evidence of illegal use through lawyers and will hold the infringing enterprises legally responsible, resolutely safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests and market order.
Customers and partners are advised to be vigilant and not to believe solely based on verbal claims. When signing important documents such as contracts, it is necessary to check whether the documents are stamped with our company's valid official seal and whether the funds have been transferred to our official designated account to avoid losses. If any suspected use of our company's name or theft of our company's information is found, you can verify and report it through our official channels at any time.
