1. Automatic bottle sorting

2. Counting filling

The electronic counting machine is used to quantitatively load particles according to the preset dosage, and the counting photoelectric sensor is used for precise measurement with an error controlled within ± 1%. ‌

3. Inserting auxiliary materials

After filling, the desiccant and other auxiliary materials are loaded into the bottle and transported to the capping process through a conveyor belt. ‌

4. Screw cap sealing

Servo motor drives the capping head, seals the bottle cap with preset torque, and adapts to various materials such as plastic and metal, with a pass rate of over 99.8%. ‌

5. Labeling and coding

High precision rolling technology synchronously completes the front and back label pasting, and the inkjet printer prints production date and other information with an error of less than ± 0.5mm
