4The crusher is placed on a stable table with no other related items on the working surface.

5When the crusher is finished working or the upper cover is opened, please cut off the power supply of the crusher.

6Do not overload the crusher socket, otherwise it may cause fire extinguishing or motor damage.

7Do not put foreign objects or hands into the working shredder (in contact with the blades), as they can crush your hands.

8Do not remove the upper cover while working, it can crush your hands.

9Before each shift, check if all components of the crusher are functioning properly.

10The power cord that must be used. If the power cord is damaged, go to the local office maintenance department to set it up and replace it.

Basic Operations

1Before use, ensure that there are no impurities in the crushing chamber.

2Place the hopper on the crushing chamber, then place the feeding hopper on the hopper and secure it with locking bolts.

3Put the cloth bag over the discharge port. Clamp the bag tightly with a clip.

4Once everything is confirmed to be accurate, turn on the power.

5Place the material evenly into the feeding port and ensure that the ammeter indicator is not greater than10ATo prevent excessive current and reduced motor speed from affecting the crushing effect.

6After the feeding is completed, please wait for two more minutes for the material * to be crushed, then turn off the power and wait for the motor * to stop.

7After turning off the power, unplug the power socket.

8After opening the cover, clean the cloth bucket.

1When replacing or installing blades, please pay attention to the blade direction as shown in the diagram（P4）

2Insert a Phillips screwdriver into the Phillips screw hole in the crushing chamber, and use a pair of gloves to turn counterclockwise on the locking nut. Loosen the nut and replace the blade.

Problems encountered during the crushing process, improvement methods

1Grinding requires materials to be dry, especially viscous materials that need to be dried. The crushing effect is significant. The volume should not be too large because it is less than10Within millimeters, prevent jamming in the crushing chamber.

2Pearls and other materials that require finer fineness should be sieved again. When there are particles in the powder, adjust it with a regulator to achieve the desired effect.

3When crushing, please be careful not to have too much medicine in the hopper. If there is too much, please pour it out first before crushing.

4During the work process, please tap the bag normally to ensure smooth air flow. If the air flow is not smooth, it may cause the temperature in the crushing chamber of the crusher to be too high and damage the machine components.

5When crushing, too much medication is added, the protector pops out, and the motor stops running, indicating excessive load and improper use. First, turn off the power and rest10More than a minute.

6Press the protector and restart the motor.

7After using the machine, please make sure to unplug the power socket. To avoid danger caused by collision with the switch.
