The stainless steel traditional Chinese medicine crusher is mainly composed of a crushing chamber, a high-speed motor, stainless steel blades, and a closed shell. Its core working principle is to crush dry materials by high-speed rotation (usually up to 7000-25000 revolutions per minute) of the blades to impact, shear, and friction the materials. The specific structural characteristics are as follows:
1. Crushing room
Made of all stainless steel material (such as 304 or 316 stainless steel), the inner wall is precision machined to reduce powder accumulation and comply with GMP hygiene standards. The screw closure design ensures no dust leakage during the crushing process.
2. Power system
Equipped with an ultra high speed motor (power 1300W-1.1KW), the main shaft is driven to rotate through a belt or coupling, driving the horizontally installed crushing blades to form a high-speed airflow vortex. Some models are equipped with air cooling systems or overheat protection devices to prevent the motor from overheating due to continuous operation.
3. Crushing mechanism
Blade/gear plate design: Stainless steel blades or special alloy gear plates generate multi-stage shear force fields through high-speed relative motion (such as adjustable distance between movable and fixed gear plates of 0.1-5mm), and the crushing fineness can reach 10-300 mesh.
Grading system: Some models are equipped with grading wheels or sieves, which control particle size through centrifugal force. Coarse powder is returned for further crushing, while fine powder is collected through a capture bag.
4. Auxiliary structure
Including anti slip base, locking buckle and overload protection device, some models support timing function or swinging powder pouring design to improve operational convenience.
This device is suitable for dry, oil-free and viscous Chinese medicinal materials such as ginseng and Panax notoginseng. It achieves efficient low-temperature processing through impact crushing, avoiding damage to thermosensitive components.
