1、 Preparation work before operation
1. Check if the circuit of the turbine crusher is normal, if the lines are connected, if there are any open or short circuits, and if the motor, pump, frequency converter, etc. are running smoothly.
2. Check the lubrication condition of the equipment, including whether the lubricating oil is sufficient and the quality of the lubricating oil is qualified.
3. Check if the material feeding pipeline is unobstructed and if the equipment settings are correct.
2、 Precautions before operation
1. Operators must wear suitable work clothes, work shoes, work hats, protective goggles, masks, noise cancelling earplugs, gloves and other protective equipment.
2. It is strictly prohibited to put hands into the feeding port and wear gloves for operation.
3. It is prohibited to dismantle equipment or adjust the working parameters of equipment without authorization.
4. During the operation of the equipment, materials should not be left for a long time to prevent them from spilling.
3、 Steps during operation
1. Turn on the power switch of the turbine crusher.
2. Turn on the internal motor switch of the device and start the equipment.
3. Adjust the material feeding valve to ensure smooth entry of materials into the equipment.
4. Observe the operation of the equipment to ensure smooth operation and normal material condition.
5. Under normal circumstances, the operating time of the equipment should be controlled within 2-3 hours. During the operation, it is necessary to observe and promptly handle any abnormalities in the equipment.
4、 Precautions after operation
1. After shutdown, turn off the power and equipment motor switch.
2. Clean up residual materials and dust inside the equipment, clean the sewage pipeline, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the equipment.
3. Pay attention to the condition of lubricating oil and moisture, replace lubricating oil, and clean lubricating oil dirt.
4. Clean the equipment aggregate pipeline.
