Against the backdrop of steadily advancing the "dual carbon" goals, the photovoltaic industry has become a key force in promoting the transition to clean energy. Among them, perovskite photovoltaic technology, with significant advantages such as high photovoltaic conversion efficiency (IPCE) and low cost, is rapidly moving from the laboratory research stage to industrial application.
However, the current industrialization process of perovskite photovoltaics still faces many challenges. For example, efficiency and stability need to be improved, large-scale preparation technology is not mature enough, and there are difficulties in outdoor practical applications. In order to overcome these challenges, the industry is carrying out technological breakthroughs from multiple dimensions. During this process,Accurate characterizationPerovskite materialsComposition and StructureIt is crucial, and at the same time,Carrier lifetime/defect analysis、Film thickness control、Micro area quality inspectionandAging process monitoring, etcTechnical means also play a crucial supporting role.
