The structural components of a vertical ultrasonic cleaning machine
Date: 2025-09-10Read: 6
The structural components of a vertical ultrasonic cleaning machine mainly include the following core components:
1. Ultrasonic generator
As the "brain" of the device, it is responsible for converting mains electricity into high-frequency electrical signals (usually 20-100kHz) and controlling parameters such as frequency and power. Modern generators may integrate sweep function to avoid standing wave interference.
2. Transducer
Made of piezoelectric ceramics or magnetostrictive materials, it converts high-frequency electrical signals into mechanical vibrations, generating ultrasonic cavitation effects. Its performance directly affects cleaning efficiency and is usually fixed to the bottom of the cleaning tank by welding or bonding.
3. Cleaning tank
Made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel material, used to hold cleaning solutions and items to be cleaned, the structural design needs to ensure uniform distribution of ultrasonic waves. Some models are equipped with heating and temperature control devices.
4. Shock absorber device
The vertical model structure absorbs vibrations through components such as springs and guide rollers to prevent the entire machine from shaking.
5. Auxiliary components
Cleaning basket: prevent items from colliding or depositing at the bottom of the tank.
Control panel: integrated timer, power adjustment knob and other operation interfaces.
Box and bracket: supporting the overall structure, with some parts equipped with adjustable support feet or ground casters.
Its working principle achieves efficient cleaning through cavitation effect and is suitable for precision processing of complex geometric workpieces.
