The maintenance method of high-temperature sterilization tunnel oven needs to be combined with equipment characteristics and usage scenarios. The specific operation is as follows:
1、 Daily cleaning and inspection
1. Surface and internal cavity cleaning
After each use, use a soft cloth to wipe the surface and interior of the box to avoid corrosive cleaning agents and prevent paint peeling or damage.
Regularly clean the dust accumulation in the ventilation opening to ensure smooth airflow and prevent obstruction of hot air circulation.
2. Maintenance of mesh belts and high-efficiency filters
At least once a week, conduct ultrasonic cleaning of the mesh belt to remove glass debris and other impurities.
Clean the inside of the oven and the high-efficiency filter guide plate twice a year, and perform deep cleaning when replacing the filter.
2、 Key system maintenance
1. Heating system
Regularly check whether the heating tube and heating wire are damaged or short circuited, and clean the surface dust to improve efficiency.
Adequate heat dissipation is required after high temperature use to avoid local deformation.
2. Electrical and safety devices
Check the power cord, temperature controller, and over temperature protection device to ensure they are functioning properly.
Test the overheat power-off function to prevent equipment from overheating and damage.
3. Temperature calibration
First use or regular review of the working temperature and actual temperature error to ensure temperature control accuracy.
3、 Operating standards and exception handling
1. Safe operation
Avoid direct contact with high-temperature components and use tools to retrieve and store items.
Prohibit the placement of flammable, explosive, or volatile materials.
2. Abnormal response
If you hear abnormal noise, immediately stop the machine and check the blower motor and impeller.
When temperature control fails, prioritize checking the temperature sensing probe or relay.
4、 Long term discontinuation and recording
1. Pre processing before discontinuation
After thorough cleaning, turn off the power and store in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture.
2. Maintain records
Establish maintenance logs to record dates, content, and abnormal situations for easy tracking of issues.
The above measures can extend the service life of the equipment and ensure sterilization effectiveness, and the cleaning cycle needs to be adjusted according to the production batch frequency.
