The maintenance and upkeep of the vertical ultrasonic cleaning machine should focus on the following aspects:
1、 Daily cleaning
1. Cleaning tank maintenance
Immediately drain the waste liquid after each use, rinse the tank with clean water and dry it with a soft cloth to prevent residue from solidifying and adhering. Stubborn stains can be removed with a neutral cleaner combined with a soft bristled brush, avoiding the use of strong acid/alkaline solvents to corrode the tank body. Regularly check whether there are impurities accumulating at the bottom of the tank, and if necessary, remove the filter screen for cleaning.
2. Filter cleaning
After turning off the device, remove the filter component, gently tap and shake off large particles of dust, and then rinse back with low-pressure water flow (the direction of water flow is consistent with the pattern of the filter screen). When the oil stains are severe, soak in neutral detergent for 10 minutes, rinse thoroughly, and then dry in the shade before resetting.
2、 Core component maintenance
1. Maintenance of Ultrasonic Transducers
Wipe the surface of the transducer with anhydrous alcohol cotton pads every month to remove oil and scale, ensuring vibration efficiency. Check whether the transducer is firmly bonded to the bottom of the groove. If delamination or cracks are found, special AB glue should be used for repair. It is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment without water or load to avoid overheating and damage to the transducer.
2. Power system inspection
Regularly test the stability of the power supply voltage (must comply with the 220V ± 10% standard), and the grounding device must be effective. If the power cord is damaged or the plug is loose, it should be replaced immediately to prevent the risk of leakage.
3、 Operating environment management
1. Temperature and humidity control
It is recommended to maintain a working environment temperature of 10 ℃~30 ℃ and a relative humidity of ≤ 60% for the equipment. Avoid using in high temperature, humid or highly corrosive gas environments, and cover with a dust cover if not in use for a long time.
2. Liquid usage specifications
The liquid level of the cleaning solution should reach 4/5 of the height of the tank, and special ultrasonic cleaning agents should be preferred; When adding chemical solvents, it is strictly prohibited to exceed 40 ℃ (neutral solution) or 30 ℃ (acidic solution).
4、 Regular professional maintenance
1. Performance calibration
Every quarter, professional personnel test the stability of ultrasonic frequency (standard 40kHz ± 10%) and the accuracy of the heating system, and calibrate the time/temperature controller.
2. Mechanical component maintenance
Check the lubrication condition of the transmission system gears and promptly replenish high-temperature lubricating grease; Tighten loose screws and bracket connections to ensure smooth operation of the equipment. Replace aging sealing rings, valves, and other vulnerable parts every six months.
5、 Key precautions
1. Continuous operation time shall not exceed 4 hours to prevent motor overheating;
2. Metal objects need to be supported by a cleaning basket to avoid direct impact on the transducer at the bottom of the slot;
3. Medical equipment requires additional disinfection procedures and regular testing for bacterial residues.
Standardized maintenance can extend the lifespan of equipment while ensuring stable cleaning efficiency.
