1. Rolling wheel adjustment: Place the bottle on the bracket, raise the bracket to a high point, first loosen the tightening nut to adjust the rolling wheel, so that the edges of the two rolling wheels (with springs) are on the starting point of the bottle, then loosen the tightening nut, and adjust the adjustment screw so that the edges of the two rolling wheels are in contact with the lid. It is advisable to apply some pressure before locking the nut.

2. Lock wheel adjustment: Adjust two lock wheels. First, loosen the tightening nut and adjust the lock wheels so that the edges of the two lock wheels are in contact with the lower edge of the bottle cap. Apply some pressure, and then tighten the nut (note: adjustment should be done from loose to tight, while turning the lock head).

3. Bottle cap locking mouth: loosen the jacking screw, take down the capping head, and then take down the whole lock head, install the appropriate plastic lock head on the taper sleeve, and then adjust the lifting height of the bracket to meet the working requirements.

4. Height adjustment: start the machine to lower the bracket to the low point, then place the bottle on the bracket, loosen the brake nut, pull the adjusting screw to raise the bracket, and then adjust the appropriate distance between the bottle cap and the capping head (generally adjusted to the right position when leaving the factory).
