Precautions for operating the oral liquid sealing machine:
1. This machine can adjust speed and change the bottle feeding and oscillation size during normal operation.
2. Fragile parts should be replaced promptly after wear and tear.
3. Before leaving work, the machine must be wiped clean to ensure its appearance is clean.
4. Adjustments must be made by cutting off the power supply.
5. At any location with oil filling holes, an appropriate amount of lubricating oil should be added regularly.
6. No matter what happens during the operation of the machine, it is absolutely not allowed to insert hands or other tools into the working area.
7. After the emergency shutdown, the main motor start button needs to be pressed again before it can operate.
8. Generally, the worm gear and worm gear reducer in the machine body should be replaced once every six months after the new equipment is installed, and the oil should be changed once a year thereafter.
