1、 Daily maintenance
1. Cleaning solution management
The replacement frequency should not exceed 8 hours to avoid the deposition of dirt that may affect the transmission of ultrasonic waves. When replacing, the residual liquid should be drained completely and new liquid should be injected into 2/3 of the tank height.
Use neutral or weak acid weak alkali cleaning agents, and prohibit strong acid strong alkali solutions from corroding equipment.
2. Equipment cleaning and inspection
Clean the broken glass and debris in the cleaning tank daily to prevent clogging of the filter screen or damage to the winch.
Check the lubrication condition of the winch transmission components and add lubricating grease every shift to reduce wear.
Run idle for 2 minutes before starting up, confirm that there is no abnormal noise from the motor and winch, and set the frequency converter frequency to 10-26Hz.
3. Ultrasonic system maintenance
Regularly check whether the connecting wires of the transducer are loose to avoid energy transmission losses.
It is strictly prohibited to start without water to prevent damage to the transducer under no-load conditions.
2、 Regular maintenance
1. Mechanical component maintenance
Check the tension of the winch chain quarterly and adjust it to the appropriate level to avoid bottle jamming.
Calibrate the position of the bottle wheel clutch every six months to ensure transmission stability.
2. Deep cleaning
Clean the spray arm and nozzle monthly to prevent scale blockage from affecting the flushing effect.
Check the sealing ring of the tank every six months and replace it promptly after aging to prevent leakage.
3、 Safety operation standards
When shutting down, turn off the ultrasonic waves before draining to avoid residual liquid corroding the tank body.
Operators need to be trained, wear protective equipment, and are prohibited from adjusting operating parameters in violation of regulations.
By standardizing maintenance, the lifespan of equipment can be extended, ensuring that the cleaning effect meets GMP requirements. Suggest establishing maintenance logs to record key parameters and replacement parts.
