Cylinder filter is an emerging membrane separation technology. The filter is a cylindrical structure made entirely of stainless steel, with a foldable filter element as the filtering element. It can filter out particles and bacteria above 0.01um in the filtrate and gas. It has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, fast filtration speed, minimal adsorption, no medium detachment, no leakage, corrosion resistance, easy operation, and backwash function. It can be used alone or as a group grading filter.
The maintenance of cylindrical filters mainly includes the following aspects:
Regular inspection: Regularly check the inlet and outlet, water flow direction, and pressure difference of the filter to ensure its normal operation. At the same time, check the sealing of the filter to ensure that there is no water leakage or seepage.
Cleaning: When cleaning, first close the inlet and outlet valves, open the drain valve to discharge dirt, use a soft brush to clean the filter, and avoid using metal tools or hard brushes to avoid scratching the surface of the filter. Finally, rinse the filter with clean water and check for any residual dirt.
• Replacement: The service life of the filter is generally around 6 months to 1 year. When the filtering effect significantly decreases or cannot be cleaned, it is necessary to replace the filter in a timely manner and choose a filter that is suitable for your own equipment.
The application of cylindrical filters includes but is not limited to:
Industrial applications: Cartridge filters have a wide range of applications in the industrial field, especially performing well in handling dust and particulate matter. For example, filter cartridge dust collectors have high efficiency in industrial dust treatment and are suitable for various industrial environments.
Gas system: Gas cylinder filters have the characteristics of high filtration accuracy, long service life, and stable performance, and are suitable for industrial applications that require high gas purity. Its high-quality filter material and precision structural design can withstand high working pressure and long-term continuous operation.
