The surface area of the filter material in a stacked filter is large, which can greatly improve the filtration efficiency. In addition, the small pores and channels in the filter material can also adsorb certain water-soluble substances, making its purification more complete. This machine is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and petroleum environmental protection to filter, clarify, and purify tiny activated carbon in various liquids.
Instructions for using stacked filters:
1. When using, rinse repeatedly with 3-5% sodium bicarbonate solution, then rinse with clean water, and disinfect with injection water. Measure the pH value to reach the allowable range.
2. Check if the silicone of the filter is placed flat to prevent water leakage. You can wet the thin filter material with distilled water and stick it to the mesh surface. Place the filter plate inside the silicone ring and press the top plate tightly.
3. When starting the infusion pump, first close the inlet valve, then start it, gradually open the required pressure of the ball valve, and discharge the air to filter. Generally, the pressure should not exceed 0.4Mpa.
4. When using, attention should be paid to the increase and sudden decrease of the pressure gauge to determine whether the filter material is blocked or broken.
5. When stopping the pump, the inlet valve should be closed first to prevent sudden pump stoppage and backflow of liquid from damaging the filter material. Then, stop the pump and tighten the vent bolt. Loosen the top plate to replace the filter material and clean it.
