High temperature titanium rod filters may encounter the following common problems and their solutions during use:

1. The effluent quality does not meet the standard:

Reason: The filtration speed is too fast, the surface of the filter layer is contaminated by sludge, and the height of the filter layer is not enough.

Solution: Adjust the filtration speed, enhance or improve the coagulation clarification of raw water, and increase the height of the filter layer.

2. There are particles of filter sand in the effluent:

Reason: Damaged drainage system.

Solution: Check and repair the drainage system.

3. The backwash time is very long:

Reason: The filter layer is too low, the backwash water is unevenly distributed, or there are blind spots.

Solution: Increase the frequency and intensity of backwashing, inspect and repair water distribution or drainage devices.

4. Backwashing and sand running phenomenon:

Reason: Damaged drainage system and excessive backwashing intensity.

Solution: Check and repair the drainage system, reduce the backwash intensity.

5. Corrosion issue:

Reason: The internal components of the filter have not undergone anti-corrosion treatment, resulting in corrosion.

Solution: Polish the inner wall of the equipment and use anti-corrosion technology, and replace parts that are prone to corrosion.

6. Uneven distribution of air:

Reason: Corrosion of the air duct leads to blockage of the air holes.

Solution: Replace with a new type of air distribution pipe to ensure even air distribution.

7. Pollution issue:

Reason: Long term soaking of the filter material leads to the accumulation of organic matter and contamination of the filter material.

Solution: Replace the contaminated filter material and keep the equipment clean.

8. Aging issue:

Reason: Aging of equipment components leads to a decrease in filtration accuracy.

Solution: Replace aging components to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
