When using the fine grain melt blown filter element, it is necessary to check whether the accessories and sealing rings are complete, whether there is damage, and assemble them correctly according to the requirements before installation. Pay attention to the inlet and outlet directions during installation. The filter element should be inserted vertically, ensuring that the pressure plate is tightly fastened to the tip fins and the screws are tightened. For the filter element with 226 interface, it should be rotated 90 degrees after insertion to ensure sealing and prevent water leakage.
Before filtering the liquid, turn on the vent switch above the filter to allow the liquid to fill the column, otherwise it will affect the filtering effect. During use, close attention should be paid to changes in the pressure gauge. If the pressure difference reaches 0.2 MPa or if the filtration effect decreases or the water output decreases, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced in a timely manner. When the surface color of the filter element becomes darker and there is too much accumulation that cannot be cleaned, it also needs to be replaced immediately.
In addition, the filter element should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight and chemical substances. It is recommended to use the opened filter element as soon as possible. For catalytic decomposition filters, regular dry or wet cleaning is required to maintain their purification efficiency.
