2、 Filter installation
1. Open the filter slot according to the equipment manual and fully insert the filter into the slot.
2. Pay attention to the directional arrow on the filter element to ensure correct installation direction.
3、 Enable pre-processing
1. If the filter element needs to be pre washed or soaked, follow the instructions.
2. The dry filter element needs to be soaked in water and fully wetted first.
4、 Usage process
1. The first use may flush out impurities, which is a normal phenomenon and can be rinsed with clean water.
2. Regularly check the status of the filter element and replace it in a timely manner according to the frequency of use and water quality.
5、 Storage and maintenance
1. When not in use for a long time, remove the filter element and seal it for storage in a dry and ventilated place.
2. When replacing, choose the same type of filter element and install it according to the same steps.
6、 Special precautions
1. The working temperature of nylon 66 filter cartridge is generally less than 50 ℃ (type A) or 70 ℃ (type B).
2. The pressure difference is 0.4MPa in the forward direction and 0.2MPa in the reverse direction (25 ℃).
3. The filter element adopts adhesive free hot melt welding technology to avoid chemical pollution.
