The precautions for using high-precision folding filter cartridges mainly include the following key points:
1. Disinfection treatment: Before installation, a disinfection cabinet can be used to disinfect at 121 ℃ for 30 minutes, or steam can be directly passed through the filter for 30 minutes to complete the disinfection.
2. Flow confirmation: It is usually designed as an external pressure structure, with water flowing in from the outside and out from the inside of the filter element to ensure correct installation direction and avoid filtration failure.
3. Regular cleaning: When the filter element is clogged, it needs to be stopped for cleaning. First, rinse the surface dirt with clean water, and then soak it in 4% hydrochloric acid and 4% sodium hydroxide solution for 24 hours each to remove deep impurities.
4. Pre filter application: Pre filters can intercept large particulate pollutants, reduce filter burden, and significantly extend service life.
5. Flow and pressure control: Strictly follow the rated flow and pressure range to avoid damage to the filter structure caused by high temperature or high pressure impact.
6. Water source management: When the water quality is poor, pre sedimentation or coarse filtration steps should be added to reduce impurity load and prevent frequent blockage.
7. Differential pressure monitoring: Real time monitoring of inlet and outlet pressure difference. If it exceeds 0.2Mpa or the flow rate significantly decreases, it indicates the need for immediate cleaning or replacement.
8. Shutdown maintenance: When the filter is not in use for a long time, it should be soaked in disinfectant (such as sodium hypochlorite solution) for storage to prevent drying and aging. Before restarting, it should be rinsed clean.
9. Operation training: Ensure that personnel are familiar with filter installation, flow identification, and emergency response standards to avoid human operational errors.
