1、 Working principle
Supergravity distillation machineBased on the principle of enhancing mass transfer through centrifugal force field, a hypergravity environment is formed by internal high-speed rotating components, which changes the contact mode and motion state of gas-liquid two-phase. After the mixed liquid to be separated enters the equipment, it is thrown towards the inner wall of the rotating component under the action of centrifugal force, forming a thin liquid film or small droplets; Gas enters from the bottom or side and comes into contact with liquid in reverse or cross flow.
In a hypergravity field, the relative velocity between gas and liquid phases increases, the phase interface updates quickly, and the mass transfer resistance decreases. Light components (low boiling point substances) quickly evaporate into the gas phase, while heavy components (high boiling point substances) remain in the liquid phase. The final gas phase is collected by condensation as the target product, and the liquid phase is discharged from the bottom, completing separation without the need for additional pressurization of the fluid.
2、 Core advantages
•Strong adaptability to land occupation and spaceCompared with traditional tray distillation towers, the high gravity field compresses the mass transfer space, and the equipment volume can be reduced to 1/10 to 1/50 of traditional equipment. It is lighter in weight and suitable for scenarios with limited factory space, reducing infrastructure and installation costs.
•Energy consumption and operating costs are controllableNo need for high fluid transportation energy consumption, high mass transfer efficiency, shortened separation time, reduced heating and cooling system energy consumption, such as in ethanol recovery scenarios, can reduce unit product energy consumption expenditure.
•Good separation efficiency and stabilityBy adjusting the rotation speed, the centrifugal force intensity can be adjusted to meet different material separation requirements, and the separation accuracy is stable at a high level. In related applications, the distillation efficiency can reach over 99.5%, and it has strong adaptability to fluctuations in feed components.
•Easy operation and maintenanceCompact structure, mature design of moving parts, daily maintenance mainly focused on seal inspection and lubrication of rotating parts, short downtime for maintenance, reducing the impact on continuous production.
3、 Main application scenarios
•Solvent recovery and purificationIn the fields of pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals, organic solvents such as ethanol and methanol can be recycled. For example, in the production of raw materials, waste ethanol is distilled and concentrated into recycled solvents that meet standards, reducing hazardous waste and achieving resource recycling.
•Fine chemical separationUsed for purifying dyes, intermediates, and other products, separating mixed component impurities to improve purity. For example, in the production of dispersed dyes, continuous processes have been developed to help improve product quality stability.
•Environmental Protection and Waste Liquid TreatmentTargeting the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in industrial waste liquids, through distillation separation and recovery, pollutant emissions can be reduced to meet the multi-component separation requirements of centralized waste liquid treatment in chemical industrial parks.
•Processing of food and pharmaceutical intermediatesSuitable for scenarios with high purity requirements such as food additive purification and pharmaceutical intermediate separation, meeting strict quality control standards and reducing material loss due to low internal retention of equipment.
