GK1250 horizontal scraper centrifuge is a filtering centrifuge for horizontal scraper discharge. Periodic operations can be performed cyclically at full speed. There are two options for operation: automatic or manual. Each cycle can be programmed to perform processes such as feeding, separation, washing, separation, unloading, and screen washing. The duration of each process can be adjusted.
The maintenance methods of GK1250 horizontal scraper centrifuge mainly include daily maintenance and regular maintenance.
1. Daily maintenance
Host: Check the host bearings, casing, and drum daily for abnormal vibration and leakage, and keep the machine and casing clean.
Scraper device: Check the scraper cylinder for leaks every day to ensure good lubrication, smooth rotation and lifting of the scraper, and no looseness.
Hydraulic station: Before starting the oil pump motor each time, observe whether the pressure gauge pointer is at 0Mpa. After starting the oil pump, check whether the oil circuit is unobstructed, whether the oil pipe joint is loose, and whether the oil level and temperature in the oil tank are normal.
2. Regular maintenance
Host: Replace the mesh once a year, open the door cover every 3 months to check the wear of the drum, whether the mesh and lining are damaged, whether the rubber ring is tightly pressed, and the fastening of the drum and spindle.
Scraper device: Check the connection bolts of the scraper and the spindle cover plate every three months for looseness, correct the blade angle, and replace those with severe blade wear. Inject an appropriate amount of lithium based grease into the oil cup on the scraper and the oil cups on the upper and lower rotating shafts of the door cover every week.
Hydraulic station: Regularly check the cleanliness and oil level of hydraulic oil to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
In short, regular maintenance and upkeep can ensure the normal operation and prolong the service life of the horizontal scraper centrifuge, reducing the possibility of malfunctions.
