The main structure of aluminum-plastic packaging machine includes the following parts:
• Unwinding section: Fixed plastic film and aluminum foil rolls, equipped with compression, braking, and axial position adjustment devices, and some also equipped with cursor tracking devices.
Heater: Electric heating is used to soften the plastic film hard sheet for molding.
Forming section: composed of forming rollers (plates), connecting valve plates, vacuum (compressed air) system, cooling water system, etc., the plastic film sheet that is heated and plasticized is sucked (blown) into a smooth bubble cover of a specified shape through a forming machine.
• Filling section: The feeder fills tablets, capsules, etc. into the formed blister.
• Heat sealing part: composed of an electric heating system, air pressure control, and mechanical tension device, which seals the aluminum foil with the blister plastic film.
• Pinching device: completes the forward feeding of packaging materials.
Printing device: Print batch numbers and tear lines on packaged plates.
• Punching department: composed of the main body, crankshaft, connecting rod, guide column, concave convex mold, retraction (pressing) plate, and variable frequency speed control system, it is the last process of the packaging machine to punch the aluminum-plastic bubble cover film that has been heat sealed into specified size plates.
Transmission system: controls the operating speed and accuracy of the machine.
Electrical control: responsible for commanding and coordinating the work of various components.
Variable frequency speed regulation system: The punching frequency can be set according to factors such as stroke length.
