The counting area utilizes the principle of photoelectric effect to input the working signal generated by the infrared dynamic scanning sensor when the product falls into the high-speed microprocessor (MCU), and realizes the counting and packaging function through the cooperation of electronics and machinery. The setting of multi-stage vibration feeding allows for individual speed regulation for each stage, resulting in faster product separation speed and more uniform and smooth posture. The independent optical detection system ensures high-level counting accuracy and speed. Its setting can provide various combinations of feeding tracks to meet different counting requirements, becoming the focus of attention at the exhibition site.
