1. Environmental conditions
The equipment should be placed in a dry, ventilated, and sun free environment to avoid moisture and high temperatures that may affect its performance.

Ensure that the equipment is placed vertically and stably, avoiding counting errors caused by tilting or shaking.
2、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection
Check if the power cord is securely connected, if the plug is properly grounded, and if the air source wire (if applicable) is properly connected.
Confirm that the workbench is stable and free from tilting or shaking.
2. Debugging equipment
Turn on the power switch and preheat for a few minutes to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Adjust the vibration intensity and packaging volume according to production requirements to ensure that the capsules can smoothly enter the counting hole and accurately count.

1. Power and gas source

2. Drug quality
Capsules must be fully locked, of uniform length, and free from moisture deformation or defective products, otherwise it will affect counting accuracy.
3. Operating standards

Prohibit hands or other objects from entering the interior of the device to prevent accidental injury.
4. Observe the counting situation
Check the distribution of capsules in the pores at any time, and if any deficiencies or uneven distribution are found, adjust them promptly with a brush.
4、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Cleaning equipment
Clean the surface and interior of the equipment promptly after each use to prevent dust and residue from affecting the next use.
After power failure, wipe the equipment with a soft cloth and keep it ventilated and dry.
2. Component inspection
Regularly inspect key components such as counting discs and retaining rings for wear or damage, and replace them in a timely manner.
3. Lubrication and fastening
Regularly lubricate transmission components, tighten loose screws, and extend equipment lifespan.
5、 Safety regulations
1. Electrical safety
The equipment casing and body must be grounded, and the power should be cut off immediately after work to prevent electric shock.
2. Fault handling
If the device vibrates abnormally, check if the screws are loose and tighten them; If it suddenly stops, check if there is a power outage.
