This technology utilizes the continuous reaction of p-chlorotrifluorotoluene with anhydrous hydrogen fluoride to obtain p-chlorotrifluorotoluene. This technology has been applied to the production facilities of 15000 tons of p-chlorotrifluorotoluene in the first phase and 25000 tons of p-chlorotrifluorotoluene in the second phase of a certain company. The production facilities constructed with this technology have stable equipment operation, centralized automation control, high safety, low energy consumption for hydrogen fluoride recovery, and achieve continuous production. It has a strong demonstration effect on improving the utilization rate of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and the comprehensive utilization of energy.
