The main components of this design are: electric motor, circular belt drive, mixing wheel lowering mechanism, base, and circuit.

1: The mixer is mainly used for stirring chemical agents, with low power requirements, so this design uses a low-power DC motor of 25W.

2: The rated speed of the electric motor is 6000r/min, and it adopts a small power transmission with a circular belt.

3: ConsideringblenderThe mixing wheel needs to be raised and lowered. In order to facilitate the lifting and lowering of the mixing wheel from the beaker, simply press the spring clamp to pull it up and down during use. There are a total of 3 pin holes on the mixing shaft, which can have 2 mixing directions.

4: The base is a fixed motor with wheels and a mixing shaft. The bottom of the base must have sufficient stability to ensure that the mixer does not vibrate too much during operation.
